Austria

Although I have been taking pictures since I was fifteen years old, when I’m asked I tell people that I found my love for photography one and a half year ago, when I discovered analog photography. Not only had my photographs changed when I started shooting film but my whole view of the world.
In my series “ban[ale]lieue” I show a tiny part of this world view. Strolling around the suburbs of Graz I got attracted by the small houses that resemble little fortresses hidden behind walls of green. I felt that I had discovered a whole universe hidden in the side streets of Graz.
